Roy Marshall Yeck

Yeck, Roy Marshall

Roy was preceded in death by parents, Marvin and Ava Carse, and brother John Carse. He is survived by special friend Sheri Pryibl, Bellevue; brothers, Jimmy (Leoda), Council Bluffs, IA, Jerry (Helen), Omaha, and Marvin "Butch" Carse (Diane) Davenport, FL; daughters, Marsha Behr, Omaha, Susan Houseman, Bethlehem, GA; sons, Randy, La Vista, Jimmy A., Council Bluffs, and Carl, Grand Island; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and 1 great grandchild.

Roy graduated from Tech High in 1957. He then served in the Marine Corps Reserves and worked at Western Electric for 40 years until retirement.

The world lost one of the Last real cowboys. Horsemanship was his true love. His spirit and presence will be deeply missed by so many who loved him.

Services: Following his wishes to be cremated, a Celebration of life will be held at Bellevue Memorial Funeral Chapel, 2202 Hancock St., Bellevue, 2 P.M. Saturday, February 7, 2015. Full military honors by American Legion Post #331. Pastor Dale Campbell presiding.
