Donald Charles Schultz

Donald Charles Schultz, age 70 of Omaha, was one of the Founding Fathers of St. Thomas Lutheran Church. Donald started his career at the Buffalo Plant in 1961 and transferred to the Omaha Plant in August of 1976 and went on to retire from Lucent Technologies in September of 2000 after 38 years of service. He was an avid gardener, golfer, and remodeler and loved spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years Elizabeth Schultz. Daughter: Anne (Bill) Morley. Son: Erick (Denise) Schultz. Grandchildren: Lee and Nicholas Morley Chad, Laurel and Audrey Schultz. Twin Brother: Douglas (Janet) Schultz: Brothers Paul (Lois) Schultz Peter (Wilda) Schultz David (Kathleen) Schultz. Brothers-In-Law: Henry (Pat) Newman David (Madeleine) Newman. Sister-In-Law: Marcella (Henry) Fergusun. Several: nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation: Wednesday, July 13, 2011 from 4-8:00 P.M. at Braman Mortuary Southwest Chapel Funeral

Service: 10:00 A.M. Thursday, July 14, 2011 at St. Thomas Lutheran Church 17007 Q. St.

Memorials: To be made in Donald’s name to the St. Thomas Lutheran Church Building Fund.
