Clem E. Minor, age 69, of Council Bluffs, passed away December 5, 2015 at this home.

Clem was born June 10, 1946 in Council Bluffs to the late Clem E. and Thelma (Keating) Minor, Sr. He graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in 1964 and proudly served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard during the Vietnam War. Clem married Dianne Marie Mabee on October 31, 1969. They were blessed with four children, Michelle, Dawn, Amy and Michael. Clem retired in 2000 from Avaya after a 30-year career. He was a member of Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church.

In addition to his parents, Clem was preceded in death by his wife, Dianne M. Minor in 2008; and his brother, Phillip Minor.

Clem is survived by his children, Michelle (Doug) May of Loveland, Colorado, Dawn Minor of Council Bluffs, Amy (Richard) Curtis of Mustang, Oklahoma, Michael Minor of Council Bluffs; 4 grandchildren, Ryan Minor, Sydney Crosby, Elijah Curtis and Matthew Curtis; 1 great grandchild, Oliver Clemens Hampton; brother, Floyd (Betty) Minor of Council Bluffs; nieces and nephews.

Services: December 8th, 11 P.M., Queen of Apostles Church, 3303 4th Avenue, Council Bluffs, IA

Interment: December 9th, 1 P.M., Garner Township Cemetery
