Age 64. Omaha. Survived by wife of 38 years Sherry; daughter Lee Ann (Kurt) McClannan; son, Vince (Michelle) Martin, all of Omaha; mother, Margaret Martin; sister, Debby (Doug) Alexander, both of Ft. Smith, AR; sister, Margie (Mark) Duffy of Colleyville, TX; grandchildren: Rachel, Emma and Simon McClannan; Jackson, Grayson, Mae, and Caleb Martin.

Celebration of Dave's Life: Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 2pm at Christ Community Church (Chapel). In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be given to the family, all proceeds will go to The Linda Swanson Benefit. To leave a condolence, visit
