Melvin was preceded in death by wife, Joan M. Lesinski; son, Jeffrey; brothers: Fritz, Leonard, and Daniel. He is survived by sons: Charles Prell (Marrianne), Michael Prell (Gina), and David Melvin Lesinski (Kimberly); daughters: Darlene Reinolt (Butch), Jeanette Santomieri (David), and Mary Ellen Bradley (Mark); grandchildren and great-grandchildren; friend-in-heart, Anne Gregg.

Visitation: Friday, September 27th from 6pm to 8pm at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 5815 Oak Hills Drive, with Vigil Service at 8pm.

Services: Saturday, September 28th at 10am, St. John Vianney Catholic Church.

Entombment: Calvary Mausoleum.

Memorials: Suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
