Dixie Lee Krutina

Dixie passed away January 31, 2015, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 76. She was born July 16, 1938, in Malverm, Iowa, the daughter of Jeryl and Mary Johnson Wilson. She married James Krutina on June 16, 1979, in Omaha, Nebraska and worked for Western Electric for 32 years. Dixie lived in Mountain Home since 1996, moving from Omaha. She was a member of the Elkettes. Dixie enjoyed painting, fishing, playing Bingo, knitting, crocheting, crossword puzzles and had many friends.

Dixie is survived by her husband, James Krutina of Mountain Home, AR, daughter, Kimberly (Jeff) Huck of Omaha, NE, three sons, Kelly (Carla) Krutina of Omaha, NE, Daniel (Kathy) Krutina of Omaha, NE, and David Krutina of Papillion, NE, three sisters, Dottie (Clyde) Tanksley of Covington, GA, Constance (Bob) McGruder of Council Bluffs, IA, and Luella (Gordon) Hirsch of St Paul, MN, Best Friend, Donna Wallace, her painting buddies, Mary Shields, Joe Caldwell, and Janet Buschbacher, three grandchildren, one step-grandchild and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.

Visitation: Thursday, February 5, 2015, 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home.

Services: Friday, February 6, 2015, 10:00 A.M., at Fellowship Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Inurnment: Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, Omaha, NE.

Memorials: To The Humane Society of North Central Arkansas.
