Age, 87, Lincoln, died Thursday (January 20, 1923). Born (July 29, 1923) in Dennison, Iowa to Bert W. and Anna H. (Norman) Hunt. Ret. Layout Man, AT & T Company for 31 years, retiring in 1989. WWII U. S. Navy Veteran. Life time member Cresco American Legion Post 244, member Northside Seventh-day Adventist Church. Avid horseman and enjoyed reading. Loved attending his children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events.

Visitation: 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Monday at Roper and Sons, 4300 'O' Street, Lincoln, Nebraska

Service: 10:00 A.M. Tuesday (1-25-11) Northside Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1800 North 73rd Street. Rev. Robert Martinez officiating.

Family Gathering: Family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 P.M. Monday at Roper and Sons, 4300 ‘O’ Street.

Cemetery: Fairview Cemetery, Lincoln, Nebraska

Family members include wife: Nora J.; daughters, sons-in-law: Mary Lea and Mitchell Norfleet, Gretna, Barbara Delle, Omaha, Teresa and David Domeier, Mellessa Dasenbrock, Bonnie Dee Frazier, all of Lincoln, Betty Lou and Bob Burke, Highland Ranch, CO; sons, daughters-in-law: Rusty and Karen Hunt, Robert Hunt, all of Lincoln, Timothy and Shirley Hunt, Raymond, Phillip Hunt, Columbia, SC, David Edwards, Omaha; 17 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; sister, brother-in-law: June and Merle Kirkwood, Tennessee; numerous cousins. Preceded in death by parents; son Burt; brothers Robert and Joseph; grandson Jason Delle.
