Services: Tuesday, 10:30 A.M. at Jaynes St. Community Church, 7534 Jaynes St.

Interment: Forest Lawn Cemetery

Memorials: Jaynes St. Community Church or donor's choice

Jack retired, 23 Jan 1987. He was a supervisor in Crossbar Production Control.
