Jim was preceded in death by; parents, Earl Detwiler and Hermine Hall; In-laws Joe and Bess Van Ryckeghem; sister, Jody Van Ryckeghen; granddaughter, Amanda Detwiler.

He is survived by; wife, Sarah; daughters, Jolynn Kaczmarek (Leonard), Kim Williams (Steve), Lisa McColley (Mark); sons, Jim (Anne), Joe (Tess), John (Caralee); grandchildren, Lenny (Sarah), Kari (Chad), Eric (Ashton), Nate, Adam, Leslie, Derrin, Kayla, Joelle, Trevin, Cameron; great-grandchildren, Hadley, Brinley, Nevaeh, Johnny, Delbert, Will, Bailey; in-laws, Joan Jansen (Con), Marie Kettle (Jim), Lou Van Ryckeghem (Judy); many other loving relatives.

Visitation: Tuesday, December 17, 2013, 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M., with Wake Service at 7:00 P.M., Our Lady of Lourdes, 2110 S. 32nd Ave., Omaha, NE 68105 .

Services: Wednesday, December 18, 2013, 10:30 A.M., Our Lady of Lourdes, 2110 S. 32nd Ave., Omaha, NE 68105.

Memorials: Suggested to Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Endowment Fund.

Jim retired, 2 Jul 1999, he was an electrician at the plant.
