Phil, age 71, was preceded in death by son, Philip, Jr. ; brother, Charles Avino. Survived by wife, Geri; children, Cathy (Doug) Utecht, Gigi Avino, Gina (Bret) Bolz, Nancy (John) Wertz, Suzanne (Mark) Brittain, Steven (Tammy) Avino; 19 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Chris Avino.

Visitation: Starting at 5:00 PM, with Wake Service, 7:00 PM, Wednesday, 3 Oct 2012, at the Pacific Street Chapel, Omaha.

Memorial Service: 10:30 AM, Thursday, 4 Oct 2012, at St. Vincent de Paul Church, Omaha, NE.
